Funeral services for Billy Jordan, 71, of Butler, will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Mr. Jordan passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at his residence.  He was a member of Bethel Congregational Methodist Church and was a retired school bus driver.  He was preceded in death by a son, Marty Jordan.

Survivors include his wife, Lavern Jordan of Butler; son, Little Billy Jordan (Shannon) of Butler; two sisters, Bobby Dean Wainwright and Connie Wainwright of Butler; two grandchildren, Tanner Allen of Butler and Lexie Gordy of Oglethorpe; several nieces and nephews also survive.
