Graveside service for Edith Lee Estes, 75, of Reynolds, will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 11:00 am in Woodland Hill Cemetery in East Alton, Illinois.

Edith passed away on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

She attended East Alton-Wood River Community High School. She also attended Southern Illinois University and Pan American University. She was retired from H&R Block after 33 years of service. She was district manager and a satellite franchise director where she taught and trained approximately 200 people yearly and assisted the franchises in their duties. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and visited foreign countries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Vaunda Estes and sister Vivian Gosnell.

She is survived by her sisters, Pauline Knowlson of Illinois and Jane Elsner of Georgia; nephew, Mark Elsner; great niece, Jackie Elsner and Kelsey Thomas;  great nephew, Mark Elsner.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
