Funeral service for Johnnie Harris, 97, of Butler will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 3:30 pm at Lebanon Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Johnnie passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Columbus Hospice.

She was a faithful member of Lebanon for over 70 years where she taught Sunday School for many many years and was a member of WMU.  She was also a member of the garden club.  Mrs. Johnnie was branch manager of Butler Public Library for many years.  She was an honorary member of UDC.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Harris; her parents, William Andrew Granger and Odessa Johnson Granger; two brothers, William Albert Granger and Willie Claude Granger.

Survivors include three sons, Sandy Harris (Jeri) of Butler, Mark Harris (Bunny) of Butler and Dan Harris of Butler; three grandchildren, Leigh Walker of Butler, Will Harris (Valerie) of Cataula and Katie Harris of Cuthbert; five great grandchildren, John, Emma and Anna Walker and Maddie and Luke Harris.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:30 to 3:30 at Lebanon Baptist Church.
