Graveside services for Mark A. Brown, 59, of Ideal, will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm at Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.   Mark passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 at his residence.  He was a member of Bakersfield Baptist Church. He was an avid arrowhead hunter.

 He was preceded in death by his father, Beaman Brown and a step-brother, Earl Thompson.

Survivors include his wife, Tammie P. Brown of Ideal; two sons, John Brown (Katie) of Ideal and Andy Brown (Sarah) of Culloden; two daughters, Jenna Brown of Ideal and Shannon Greer (Lee) of Warner Robins; his mother, Inez Thompson (Eugene) of Drayton; six grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Bakersfield Baptist Church.
