Funeral services for Martha Louise Wall, 81, of Mauk, will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at Mauk United Methodist Church.  Burial will follow in Trinity Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.  Mrs. Wall passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus.   She was a member of Mauk United Methodist Church.  She was employed with the Mauk Post Office for 39 years and served as postmaster for 23 years, retiring in 1997.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge and Elma Smith; her husband, Ulus Wall, Jr.; a sister, Edith Smith; and two brothers, James T. Smith and Lewis Smith.

Survivors include her children, Terry Lawhorn (Randy) of Butler, Tracy Wall of Butler, Telynn Stewart (Mark) of Salem, AL and Tonya Kendrick (Phil) of Butler; six grandchildren, Jason Lawhorn (Jolena) of Butler, Brittany Arrington (Ted) of Butler, Jenny McCormick (Mike)  of Salem, AL, Shelbie Cobb (Kain) of Butler, Hunter Stewart of Salem, AL and Zane Kendrick of Butler; five great-grandchildren, Dakota McCormick of Salem, AL, Levi Arrington of Butler, GA, Titan McCormick of Salem, AL, Lila Jo Lawhorn of Butler and Gracie Layne Arrington of Butler; a close friend and companion for 42 years, Lonelle Rogers.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.

The family will be meeting at the Wall residence, 15 Highway 127 West, Mauk, GA  31058.
