Memorial services for Michelle Posey Young, 49, of Reynolds will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Chapel of McLeighton Funeral Service. Burial will be private. Michelle passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 at her residence. She was employed with Robins Air Force Base for over 10 years.

Michelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved and was loved by all and will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lamar Posey and Kay Rogers Posey; son, Trey Byers; brother, Mike D. Posey.

Survivors include husband, Steve Young of Reynolds; one son, Mitch Posey (Susannah) of Warner Robins; one step-son, Alex Young (Claire) of Chattanooga, TN; one sister, Lisa P. Peterman (Kemp) of Warner Robins; five grandchildren, Riley Byers, Marissa Byers, Abby Humphreys, Micah Posey, Levi Posey; one step-grandson, Bryson Young of Chattanooga, TN; one nephew, Caleb Posey of Reynolds and one niece, Ashley P. Crowe (Zach) of Seattle, Washington.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
