Graveside services for Bobby Wainwright, 84, of Butler, will be held 2:00 pm Monday, January 1, 2018 at Butler Memorial Cemetery.  Mr. Wainwright passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at his residence.   He was a member of New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church. He and his son, Tony, owned and operated Wainwright Wrecker Service for 30 plus years.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloris Carpenter Wainwright; two children, Larry Wainwright and Ann Wainwright; and a granddaughter,  Amy Wainwright.

He is survived by his son, Tony Wainwright (Angela) of Butler; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home.

McLeighton Funeral Service of Butler is in charge of arrangements.
