John "Tommy" Watson

Funeral services for John “Tommy” Watson, 77, of Reynolds, will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the Roberta Evangelical Church at 3:00 pm. Visitation will be held from 1:30 pm until the funeral hour at the church. Burial will follow in Roberta City Cemetery. Mr. Watson passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Navicent Health in Macon. He was member of the Roberta Evangelical Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Thomas Watson and Dora Inez Wilbanks Watson; a brother, Larry Watson; a son, Rusty Hortman and a granddaughter, Amanda Rogers.

Survivors include his wife, Lynette Watson of Reynolds; one son, Rodney Hortman (Tammy) of Reynolds; five daughters, Teresa McDaniel (Dean) of Reynolds, Penny Plunkett (Kenny) of Reynolds, Sharon Johnson (Rick) of Reynolds, Amy Hortman Cail of Reynolds, and Pam Johnson (Al) of Reynolds; one brother, Donnie Watson (Susan) of Byron; sixteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren also survive.
