Funeral services for John Thomas “Tommy” Guined, 70, of Butler, will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, April 7, 2017 at Trinity Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Mr. Guined passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at his residence.  He was a member of Trinity Free Will Baptist Church.   He worked at Bluebird Wonder Lodge for twenty years and at Guined’s Locker Plant for many years.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Jackson Guined and Mary Louise Sawyer Guined; a brother, Dan Guined and a son, Greg Guined.

Survivors include his wife, Pam Guined of Butler; two daughters, Kimberly Bledsoe (Randy) of Box Springs and Elizabeth Franklin (Mike) of Smiths Station, AL; one brother, Leroy Guined (Eleanor) of Reynolds; two sisters Mary Jane Bellew (Jimmy) of Andersonville and Annie Lee Lail of Reynolds; four grandchildren, Michael Morrell (Ashley), Ryan Duncan, Shelby Duncan and Gavin Duncan; three step-grandchildren, Dalton Franklin, Kristin Williams and Tiffany McGuinness; six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
