Brenda (Bankston) Brown

Graveside services Brenda Brown, 73, of Roberta will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Roberta City Cemetery. Brenda passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at her residence.

She was a member of the Baptist faith. Brenda was a former secretary for Goddard Funeral Home and McLeighton Funeral Service for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. Bankston and Mary McGee Bankston; husband, Winston Brown; brother-in-law, Jim Layton.

Survivors include children, Stephanie Baggarley (Eric), Scott Pierson (Kate); grandchildren, Hailey Pierson, Hannah Pierson and Lance Baggarley; sister Mary Layton; stepchildren, Win Brown (Wanda), Stephen Brown and Meg Compere (David); sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Brooke (Robert).
