Obituary
A memorial service for Donald Stephen “Donnie” Morrell, 57, of Butler will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11:00 am at Faith Baptist Church. Burial will be private. Donnie passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie E. Morrell, Jr., and Evelyn Montgomery Morrell; a brother, Lonnie Edwin Morrell, III.
He was a 1984 graduate of Taylor County High School and was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his sister, Ginger Morrell of Butler; nephews, Conner Smith (Grace) of Warner Robins, Braeden Smith of Kennesaw, and Gavin Smith of Butler; great-niece, Callie Smith.
