Funeral services for Edward “Eddie” Lewis, 72, of Roberta, will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McLeighton Funeral Service in Roberta.

Mr. Lewis passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Atrium–Navicent Medical Center in Macon.

Eddie was retired from Local Union #26, where he worked for many years as a boilermaker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben Lewis and Johnnie Faye Bargeron Lewis.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Daniel Lewis of Roberta; three sons, Jason Jones (Misty) of Demorest, Mark Lewis of Jasper, and Kyle Waite (Haley) of Roberta; one daughter, Nicki Lewis of Louisiana; one brother, Rusty Lewis (Linda) of Dublin; and eight grandchildren, who also survive.
