Harvey Lee Bullard, Jr., 59, of Howard passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at his home.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Moore’s Chapel Baptist Church, 9 Madge Road, Moore’s Chapel Church Road, Mauk, GA  31058.

He was a member of Moore’s Chapel Baptist Church and a graduate of Tri-County High School.  He loved the outdoors, especially gardening and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Lee Bullard, Sr. and Martha Phillips Bullard, and a sister, Patricia Bullard Roth.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Helen Bullard of Howard; one daughter, Angela S. Williams (Matthew) of Americus; one grandson, Wyatt Williams of Americus; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends; and his beloved pets Lucy and Fluffy Kitty.
