A celebration of life service for Hazel O'Neal Partain, 97, of Butler, will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 am at Butler Methodist Church. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. Burial will be private.

Mrs. Partain passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026.

 She attended Butler Methodist Church and was active in the Butler UMC Women's group. She was a member of the Butler Garden Club and the Taylor County Historical Society.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry O'Neal and Tishie Fussell O'Neal; her husband, Jerry Leon Partain; and a sister, Muriel O'Neal.

 She is survived by one son, Larry Partain (Mary Ellen) of Edmond, OK; one daughter, Lynne Davis (Tommy) of Midland; four grandchildren, Lucas Davis, William Henry Davis, Benjamin Neal Partain, and Jackson Alexander Partain; and three great-grandchildren.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Butler Methodist Church or an organization of choice.
