Memorial services for Howard P. Hill, 75, of Oglethorpe will be held Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the chapel of McLeighton Funeral Service.  Burial will be private. Mr. Hill passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at his residence.  He attended Little Bethel Free Will Baptist Church.  He was a farmer and a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Hill and Edna Hartley Hill; his siblings, Buddy Hill, Paula Coulter, Melvin Hill and Ernie Hill.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa M. Hill (Victor Szabo) of Napa, CA and Teresa Wood (Matt) of Warner Robins; one sister, Shirley Moye of Macon; four grandchildren, Alexander Szabo and Andrew Szabo of Napa, CA and Matthew Wood and Madeline Wood of Warner Robins; several nieces and nephews also survive.

McLeighton Funeral Service of Reynolds is in charge of arrangements.
