Janice Rupert Bubb, 74, was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She passed away peacefully at her home in Reynolds, Georgia on July 10, 2022. Her loving family held her and lifted her to God in her final moments.
Janice was a Pennsylvania native and lived many years in Jacksonville, Florida, where she raised her family. She is survived by her loyal husband, Gary, and her son, Gregory, (Amy) and her daughter, Elizabeth (Matt Trost). Janice will forever be “Nana” to Gregory’s daughter Katherine Bubb, and Elizabeth’s daughters Emma, Peyton, Charlie, Hayden, Waverly, and Reese Trost.
Janice’s nurturing, caring spirit was enjoyed by all who knew her, from family, friends, students, and fellow educators. Her passion for music and teaching touched many lives throughout her full life. Janice’s love of gardening and cooking added to her spirited hospitality, which she shared widely. She will forever be remembered as a true blessing the world.
