Jewell "Julie" Morrison

Graveside services for Jewell “Julie” Morrison, 84, of Butler will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.  Jewell passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at Miona Nursing Home.

She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.  She was a wonderful caregiver and spent many years caring for her elderly friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.T. Scott and Bessie Mae Dyer Scott; her husband, Johnny Michael Morrison; her sister, Joyce Gonzalez; her brother, Jack M. Scott, Sr.;  a daughter, Arah Morrison-Smith; and a son, Richard Mobley.

Survivors include seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one nephew and a sister-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lebanon Baptist Church, PO Box 1926, Butler, GA  31006.
