Joyce Harris Wilson

Funeral services for Joyce Harris Wilson, 84, of Musella will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Musella Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Roberta City Cemetery.  Joyce passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at her residence.

She was a member of Musella Baptist Church.  Before her retirement, she was employed with Harvey’s and Piggly Wiggly grocery stores.  In her spare time, she enjoyed tending to her flowers and garden.  She was a caregiver to family members that preceded her in death including her parents, Frank and Ruby Mitchell Harris, a brother, Ralph Harris, a sister, Fannie A. Helms, and a niece, Kimberly Harris.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Wilson of Musella; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Musella Baptist Church or Pine Pointe Hospice.
