Funeral services for Linda Childree Joiner, 84, of Butler will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of McLeighton Funeral Service. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.  Mrs. Joiner passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 at her residence.  She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Carvious Childree and Vera Morrell Childree; her husband, Evans Joiner; sister, Dorothy McCarty; one granddaughter, Tiffany Michelle Wood; one grandson, Kyle Youngblood; and one son-in-law, Paul Robinson.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Busbee (Amy Arnold) of Butler and Henry Joiner (Lisa) of Butler; six daughters, Mary Ann Youngblood (Rusty) of Butler, Debbie Busbee of Locust Grove, Donna Avery (Mike) of Oglethorpe, Susan Maier (Ray) of Sylvester, Regina Busbee of Vidalia and Lisa Arnett (Marty) of Butler; two brothers, Charles Childree (Norma) of Reynolds and Tommy Childree (Gwen) of Reynolds; one sister, Gale Yaughn of Reynolds; her best friend Elethea Spivey of Howard; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice.
