Steve Turner

Graveside services for Steve Turner, 75, of Roberta will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 4:00 pm at Turners Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.  Steve passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023, at his residence.  He was of the Baptist faith and a retired electrician. He served 2 ½ terms in the Army during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Eugene Turner and Susie Byrd Turner; and a son, Kenrick Turner.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Edna Turner of Roberta; one daughter, Misty Turner of Roberta; one brother, Walter “Butch” Turner (Teresa) of Reynolds; two sisters, Earlene Reeves (Mac) of Alabama and Sue Turner of Thomaston; several nieces and nephews also survive.
