Graveside services for Susan Pitts, 75, of Reynolds will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.  Susan passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at her residence.

She attended Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and was a retired hairdresser.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Pitts; her parents, James Curran Shumate and Inez Mattie Faulk.

Survivors include one son, Rickey Pitts (Kristin) of Reynolds; two daughters, Stephanie Davenport of Reynolds and Amanda Harris (Clif) of Macon; one brother, Rickey Shumate of Savannah; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
