Obituary
A memorial service for Vicky Short, 71, of Perry will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 3:00 pm at her son Brent’s residence, 113 Village Blvd, Perry, GA. Burial will be private. Vicky passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022. She was a 1970 graduate of Butler High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Morris Harbuck and Melba Irene Stubbs Harbuck; and a son, Cory Short.
Survivors include one son, Brent Short (Latasha) of Perry; three brothers, Jimmy Harbuck (Sherry) of Albany, David Harbuck of Ft. Valley and Phillip Harbuck (Shirley) of Villa Rica; two sisters, Aretha Short of Reynolds and Carolyn McKinney; two grandchildren, Chris Hobbs of Butler and Ashton Short of Perry; several nieces and nephews also survive.
