On April 25, 2025, the most precious little boy was born. He was named Walker Brooks Tinsley. He felt loved by his parents from the moment he was conceived. Actually, love was all he knew! He was tucked safely inside his Mommy, feeling the warmth and comfort of her care every moment. He would twist and turn constantly with excitement just knowing how well taken care of he was. He also felt the tender touch of his Daddy’s gentle hand, and he let him know that by the little kicks his Daddy was so blessed to feel. This precious boy was too little for this world. His Heavenly Father knew it wouldn’t be fair for Walker Brooks to have to endure the pain and suffering we all know in a world that can be so unkind. God also knew that it wasn’t fair for Walker Brooks’ Mommy and Daddy to have to endure the pain of losing their son. God is weeping with Annie, Landon, and all those who love Walker! He understands that it isn’t fair, and it isn’t ok. He can handle our anger and our sadness. Precious Walker Brooks lived 27 minutes. He was born at 10:25am, and he transitioned into the most loving hands of Jesus at 10:52am. He was, and he is loved! So much!! He will be missed, but he will also be remembered by so many! He is going to do great things on this earth, even from heaven!

The son of Annie and Landon Tinsley, maternal grandson of Patti and Bobby Bazemore; paternal grandson of Amy Tinsley;  nephew of Sara Beth and Kollin Eubanks, Laura Kay and Travis Hardy, and Madison and Luke Hembree; the most adored cousin of Micah John, Karsyn, Karter, and Ryn; the special smallest friend of Caraline and Jared Boudreau, Caitlyn Jarrell, and Luke Guy;  great-grandson of Laura and Doug Cheek, Rhonda and Joe Kunes, and Gary and Rhonda Walker; the well-loved little angel in heaven of Gloria and Johnny Bazemore who were already in heaven waiting to welcome their great-grandson.

There will be a private graveside for little Walker on the beautiful land, which he has already come to love, where his parents live. There will be a beautiful place created where Walker Brooks will be buried, underneath a Sawtooth Oak tree that his BigBig planted when Walker’s mommy was a little girl. A place where tears are cried, books are read, laughter will come, birthdays will be celebrated, and memories are made.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, outside plants or donations be made to make this the most beautiful and peaceful place for Walker Brooks’ family to enjoy and to remember our little cowboy. We are thankful for the love poured out, the abundance of prayers, and for the hope we have in Jesus to be reunited with Walker Brooks.
